The overall cost of a water cooler varies depending on make, model and display features. A mains-fed, non-carbonated dispenser starts at £800. One that offers chilled, carbonated water starts at around £1500.

You can also rent or lease our water dispensers and make manageable repayments over a longer period of time. Depending on the model and contract, renters and leasers can expect to pay between £80 - £400 per month, which is better suited to small businesses and startups.
